Mid-band 5G balances speed and range therefore providing broader coverage than high-band. And it’s less impacted by buildings.

Low-band, much like what a Nationwide LTE Network like T-Mobile has built, utilizes the 600MHz spectrum with the ability to travel over hundreds of square miles much farther than other band passing through more obstacles thus providing better coverage and a stronger signal both indoors and out.
