No matter how good of a salesman you are, No Matter how Great your Sales Team thinks they are … (and might be) there’s nothing more convincing than an unsolicited recommendation from a happy customer — whether that’s your friend recommending his family dentist, or your uncle raving about the latest video game.

One thing’s for sure. Humans buy from humans, which makes word-of-mouth one of the most effective ways to get the word out about your WISP. Think about it. Would you rather listen to a random guy on an infomercial or a direct recommendation from your business mentor?
But word-of-mouth marketing comes in all shapes and sizes: comments under blog posts, hashtags, shout-outs, and product reviews.
One of the easiest ways to handle marketing is to ask for reviews. In fact – your installers should visit your Google Listing on Google maps and click on Review on the Customers PC.
Ask them at the time of install to do a review on the installer. How was everything, Did it go well etc.
This simple task can empower your sales people when they are hit with “the competition is better” to simply say – lets go to Google and look at reviews . . .
Another simple task is to have your installer get the new customer to take a picture of their Kid Gaming or watching a movie. Have them upload it to Facebook and then Tag your company. Then Reshare that post. Tag them back when you do so.
